Payment and Delivery Methods and Terms

Payment

We work with both businesses and private customers and offer convenient payment options.

Bank Transfer

Non-cash payments in UAH with VAT are available. After placing an order, our manager processes the request and sends an invoice to the specified email address. Shipment is made after the payment has been credited to the company's account.

Upon request, we provide a full set of accompanying documents.

Online Payment

Orders can be paid for by bank card through Monobank. Visa and MasterCard cards issued by Ukrainian banks are accepted. If you have any questions regarding payment methods, our managers will help you choose the most suitable option.

Delivery Across Ukraine

We deliver throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination.

For major cities in Ukraine, standard delivery time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery times for remote regions may vary depending on the carrier's schedule.
